A Collection of My Favorites
I love all of the pictures shown in this website but I realize there are lots of them to go through. So here are some of my favorites as well as special requests from clients and friends.
Architecture
Angles and shapes, reflective, evocative, functional. New and old, the buildings and structures we work and live in. Some good, some great, some not so great but they all have redeeming qualities that bring interest to a photo.
Black and White / Sepia
There is something about black and white or sepia photography that one can't describe. A feeling, a texture, a previous era or maybe it forces the viewer to use their imagination.
Commerce and Industry
While we pursue our leisure activities, some people still have to work. Whether it be on land, sea or in the air, their workplaces are visually interesting and unique.
Desert Southwest
I love the desert southwest probably because it is so different from the west coast of British Columbia. The colours and textures of the desert are fascinating.
Flowers and Trees
Texture and colour, either single or massed have always drawn my eye to flowers and trees. Delicate yet bold, subtle yet striking. While others are taking traditional people pictures, I am off in the garden looking for unusual plants or interesting textures.
Ladner and Tsawwassen, Delta, BC
This is where I live and work. South Delta, BC is a picturesque farming and fishing community with vast expanses of open spaces, farms, beaches, wildlife, industrial areas and a vibrant fishing industry.
Landscapes
Broad vistas and the wide open spaces are the pallette I use to capture the splendor of the world around us.
Nature & Outdoors
The beauty around us, flora and fauna in its natural state. Snails to whales captured in their natural habitat doing what they do instinctively.
Special Events
Parades! Festivals! Fireworks! You get the picture.........pun intended!
Still Life
Those shots of things that defy categorization. Generally called the stuff that doesn't move.
Sunsets/Sunrises
I am drawn to sunsets and sunrises like a moth to a flame. The colours and texture of the sky and the changes that happen as the sun sets lower and lower until all that's left is the afterglow...........
Travel and Leisure
What do we do when we're not punching that infernal time clock at work? Travel, sports, gardening or just lying on the grass looking at the sky. Infinite possibilities........

Here are four featured weddings that we have done recently as well as a category for a collection of various weddings and portrait sessions. We don't want to overwhelm you with hundreds of pictures so these are our favorites.
Enjoy!
